CONVOLVE-SPECTRUM

Convolve the current X-register spectrum with a truncated gaussian of specified width and cutoff level. Points at the ends of the spectrum, for which the convolution is not defined, are deleted, and the header information modified accordingly.

Examples: 

    >> convolve-spectrum<CR>
    Half power width(km/s  )? [ 3.00] <CR>
    Percentage cutoff? [ 10.0] <CR>
