REMOVE-SPIKES

Search for channels which differ from the average of their neighbours by more than the defined tolerance, and set them to the average of their neighbours. Reports the velocities at which any spikes are found.

Examples: 

    >> remove-spikes <CR>
    Remove up to 16 spikes over interval?km/s [   -9.7   -3.0] -20 20 <CR>
    Spike tolerance(K)? [  0.00] 5 <CR>
     1 spike(s) removed:
       -7.0 km/s
