READ-SPECTRUM

Push the stack and transfer the desired spectrum from the nominated SPECX-format file to the X-register. An error will be notified if there is no open file with READ access -- use SET-FILE-ACCESS to modify access if necessary.

Relevant flags:

NO_SPECTRA

Number of spectra in file just read.
